  • 2 NICC instructors, Jim Brimeyer and Cheryl Donlon, named Iowa Professor of the Year*
  • 100% board of nursing pass rate for practical nurses and 88% for associate degree nursing graduates from NICC (state averages are 93% and 85% respectively)
  • 2,037 students inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa international honor society since 1997
  • 3.24 is the average incoming GPA of NICC students transferring to the Regents universities (The average GPA for all Iowa community college transfer students is 3.06)
