Meet Our Alumni
Roger Huinker, a 1972 graduate of NICC's Associate of Applied Science Accounting program, is currently a vice president at Decorah Bank & Trust. Huinker credits much of his success to Northeast Iowa Community College.

"Bill Wermers, an accounting instructor, really comes to mind as someone who had a great impact on me. Bill was a people person and really hands-on in his approach to teaching students. He was a great mentor to me." said Huinker.

Wermers was an accounting instructor at the college from 1969 to 1999.
