NICC's Town Clock Center for Professional Development and the Dubuque Center are located next door to each other on Main Street in Dubuque. At 680 and 700 Main Street respectively, they are located directly across from Dubuque's Town Clock Square.
From the North:
From Wisconsin continue on Hwy 61/151 South crossing the Mississippi River. Turn right on Second street go three blocks and turn right on Locust Street. Travel 3 blocks and make a right on 5th street. Go one block and make a left on Main Street. Travel 2 blocks and arrive at 680 Main Street, Dubuque.
From Iowa continue on Hwy 52 South and turn right on 5th street. Go two blocks and make a right on Main Street. Travel 2 blocks and arrive at 680 Main Street, Dubuque.
From the East:
From Illinois continue on Hwy 20 West and turn right on Locust Street. Travel 5 blocks and make a right on 5th street. Go one block and make a left on Main Street. Travel 2 blocks and arrive at 680 Main Street, Dubuque.
From the South:
Continue on Hwy 52/61/151 North and take the Port of Dubuque exit. Go straight for one block and turn left on 5th street. Go 3 blocks and make a right on Main Street. Travel 2 blocks and arrive at 680 Main Street, Dubuque.
From the West:
Continue on Hwy 20 East and turn left on Locust Street. Travel 5 blocks and make a right on 5th street. Go one block and make a left on Main Street. Travel 2 blocks and arrive at 680 Main Street, Dubuque.
Parking: There is metered parking on the street or you can use the parking ramp behind the office building. To get to the parking ramp, continue on Main Street two blocks and turn right on 8th street. Go two blocks and enter the parking ramp. You can also enter the parking ramp from Iowa street.
