Residential College Experience - Your Home Away from Home

Students now have access to a traditional residential college experience in both Calmar and Peosta! Through partnerships with Luther College in Decorah and College Suites in Peosta, you can enjoy safe, convenient housing designed to enhance your college journey. Calmar students can live in Luther College residence halls—just 15 minutes from campus and Peosta students can live steps from campus at College Suites. Calmar: Residence Halls at Luther College

Starting Fall 2025, you have the exciting option of living in the residence halls at Luther College—just a short 15-minute commute to campus. You’ll enjoy the full residential student experience while making new friends living on a beautiful and safe campus. Take advantage of meal plan options, top-tier fitness facilities, access to expanded academic resources and Luther’s Library, exciting campus activities, events and more.

Peosta: College Suites
