Alex Dorr is a Certified Reality–Based keynote speaker and business consultant working alongside the global thought leader, Cy Wakeman. Alex is a former professional basketball player for the Derby Trailblazers in Derby, England. As a keynote speaker, Alex’s energy fills the room and his stories challenge people’s thinking and bring the Reality-Based Leadership philosophy to life.
His experience cultivating a revolutionary new approach to leadership provides simple tools and techniques to eliminate drama from our organizations, deliver up employees who say “yes” to what’s next and cultivate accountability, in order to drive big business results.
