Dubuque Center

Located in downtown Dubuque at the base of the Town Clock, the Dubuque Center offers year-round, day, evening, credit and professional development classes as well as Adult Education and Literacy services.

The Dubuque Center features ten state-of-the-art classrooms, including an ICN room and a teaching computer lab. The facility also houses a learning center with computers for student use, and a testing center that provides academic and professional assessments.

Additional services include:

  • Assistance with admission, financial aid, career planning and college readiness issues
  • High school equivalency diploma (HSED) preparation and testing
  • High school correspondence courses
  • English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes
  • Credit and professional development classes
  • High School Drop-Out Re-engagement Program, a partnership with the Dubuque Community Schools
  • Brush-up classes to refresh academic skills in math, reading and writing
