Manchester Center

The Manchester Regional Education Partnership (MREP) is a collaboration between the City of Manchester, Northeast Iowa Community College and Upper Iowa University. The focus of MREP is to make quality education accessible to the greater Manchester area. This is accomplished by helping students achieve their educational goals and working with local businesses to retain and grow their workforce.

The Manchester facility offers a state-of-the-art computer lab and a classroom for business training and credit classes. Other services include:

  • ICN and face-to-face credit courses as well as online courses for high school students and adult learners
  • Admissions and course registration for any NICC campus or site
  • Placement testing and intake advising
  • Non-credit training programs for local citizens and the business community
  • Career Pathway Certificate programs
  • High School Equivalence Diploma (HSED) and Adult Basic Education services
  • English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes (available on request)
  • Distance education programs offering undergraduate and graduate degrees
  • Specialized business and professional development courses
  • Project Lead the Way classes
