In what feels like a blink of an eye COVID has dislocated our daily lives, our economy and the way we do business with little visibility on when the crisis will be resolved. Our experience with the pandemic makes one thing very clear, we need to become more resilient. Everyone has the ability to increase resilience to stress.
In this 90 minute workshop with instructor Jim Jelinske, you will learn how to reduce and manage stress by using humor and other strategies. Managing stress can improve your quality of life and even lengthen it.
Meet the Instructor: Jim Jelinske
Jim Jelinske, MS, is a professional speaker and consultant with a background in counseling and teaching. He has spent three decades helping businesses and organizations understand human behavior and workplace culture. Jim teaches strategies to build work and school cultures of respect and dignity while practicing intentional action to prevent harassment, abuse and bullying.
