Academic Support Services

Northeast Iowa Community College takes great pride in the quality and variety of services available to help students reach their academic goals. Faculty and staff work closely to determine the needs of each individual to optimize student success.

Students are provided an academic advisor after their first semester to assist in developing educational goals. NICC also offers disability services, testing services and Learning and Writing Centers to ensure student success throughout their tenure at the College.

Additionally, NICC accommodates students with a wide variety of campus technologies, including Xpress, which assists in completing coursework.

The majority of these services are offered free of charge, enabling students to reach their academic potential.
