Critical information (financial aid, billing, advising, registration, etc.) from the College will be sent to your Xpress email account. Students are responsible for accessing this information. Refer to the College's communication policy in the college catalog for specific information.
Xpress account information is provided in your application letter. If you have forgotten your username, it can be retrieved online.
Your initial password is the last six digits of your social security number. During initial login you must create a new password. If you have forgotten your password, it can retrieved online.
Your NICC email account is your Xpress firstname.lastname@example.org. Begin checking your email regularly. Important notices will be sent to you prior to the start of classes. Your email can be viewed on Xpress by selecting MyNICC > Personal Tools > Email.
The student records menu provides important registration information and instant access to your personal, academic and financial profile. Common actions to learn within student records include:
Verify your class schedule: Select Student Records > Academic Record > My Class Schedule
Access your tuition and fee costs: Student Records > Tuition and Fees > Account Summary
Review your financial aid award: Student Records > Financial Aid > Award Letter
Purchase books: Student Records > Buy/Sell Books Online
Access college electronic forms and submit online: Student Records > eForms
