What is my Xpress login ID and password?

Typically your login will be your full last name and first initial. For duplicates, a number is appended to this login. Your password is the last six digits of your social security number. You are notified of your login ID and password via letter after you apply for admission to the College. If you have forgotten your username, it can be retrieved online. You may also retrieve a forgotten password online.

How do I change my password?

When logging into NICC Xpress the first time, you will be prompted to change your password. If you wish to change your password after this initial time, select MyNICC > Personal Tools > Profile > Change Password. You may also retrieve your password here.

Do I have to change my password?

Yes, you have to change your password the first time you log in.

Do I have to create a password hint question?

Yes, you have to create a password hint question. This allows you to log in if you forget your password and change your password once you’ve logged in.

How do I find my class schedule?

Once you are logged into NICC Xpress, select Student Records >  Academic Record > My Class Schedule.

How do I find my final course grades?

Once you are logged into NICC Xpress, select Student Records > Academic Record > My Final Course Grades. Note: For day-to-day course grades, access the Courseroom from the "My Classes" channel on your dashboard or from Academics > Classes.

What do I do if my classes showing are incorrect?
What is my email address?

Your email address is LoginID@nicc.edu. Email can be accessed by selecting MyNICC > Personal Tools > Email.

Can I customize the MyNICC page?

Yes, customization of the MyNICC Xpress page is done by clicking on the “Choose Layout” and “Add Channel” buttons in the upper right corner of your dashboard page. To choose the channel, drag its name and position it on your dashboard.
