Get extra assistance and "Flourish" in a certificate program

Northeast Iowa Community College and area partners have created the Flourish Program, which was designed for individuals with disabilities who need extra assistance completing training. The Flourish Program's goal is to get more skilled workers into jobs that are more advanced and provide more opportunities for students and businesses.
