Title I Grant Services
The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I programs are here to help Iowans reach their education and job goals. These programs, managed by Iowa Workforce Development along with partners, North Iowa Area Community College and Northeast Iowa Community College, provide a variety of services to youth, adults and displaced workers who qualify. You can get help with job searching, develop new skills and receive support if you join the program. It’s a great opportunity to boost your career and better your future!
Youth Program
No matter where you are in your education or life, the Title I Youth Program is here to support you! Our goal is to help you overcome any obstacles that might stand in the way of your job search. With our services, you can gain valuable work skills and experiences that will help you on your path. Adult Program
If you’re currently between jobs or on disability, the Title I Adult Program is here to help you succeed! This program supports Iowans, including veterans, people receiving public assistance, low-income individuals and those looking to improve their basic skills. We’re dedicated to helping you confidently re-enter the workforce. With our skill training opportunities, you can find better job security, earn a higher income and advance in your career. Together, we can tackle any challenges you might be facing, like transportation issues, childcare needs, or education barriers.

Displaced Worker Program
