With two unique hosting rooms, Iowa’s Dairy Center allows you to customize your experience. Reserve our classroom to host up to 80, or reserve our Robotics Center Boardroom for your intimate meeting of 12.

Rooms may be reserved for a half day (four hours) or full day (eight hours).

*Coordination fee is additional and no other events will be scheduled in the facility during the day of your event.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for event coordination, catering, security service if necessary, technology support or other services requiring dedicated staff or services not included in the standard room fees. These additional fees will be noted in the event proposal based on specific needs.
Booking Policies and Guidelines
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. To avoid fees, please notify us of any changes as early as possible.
- 5+ Business Days Notice: No cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 Hours Notice: A $50 coordination fee plus any non-refundable catering or beverage costs will apply.
- No Notice: The full agreement amount will be billed.
Please be aware that cancellation fees cannot be covered by grant funds and are the responsibility of the booking organization. Rescheduling may affect original pricing or instructor availability.
Events Involving Minors
Safety is our top priority. For events involving guests under the age of 18:
- The booking organization assumes full care, custody and control of all minors.
- Organizations are responsible for providing qualified adult supervision and ensuring all staff have been properly vetted to work with children.
- NICC does not provide supervision or safety oversight for minors associated with external bookings.
Liability & Property
- Your Gear: Organizations are solely responsible for their own property, equipment and materials brought onto campus.
- Our Gear: The booking organization is responsible for the repair or replacement costs of any College-owned property or equipment damaged during the event.
