Career Pathway Certificate Employer Partners

Partners are critical for the success of Career Pathway Certificate/Opportunity Dubuque programs. Partners assist with curriculum development for in-demand training and program orientation, meet with instructors and students in the classroom and most importantly have access to interview qualified candidates to hire a skilled employee. We believe in the earn and learn model, which allows students the opportunity to be employed at a business while receiving skilled training.
