Northeast Iowa Community College Foundation
The Northeast Iowa Community College Foundation was established in 1981 as an external 501(c)(3) organization and has matched its donors' passion and investment with student's needs through scholarships, services and enhanced programming ever since.
The Foundation provides students with the resources, education and training they need to create a better life for themselves and their families in addition to providing a skilled workforce for our local communities.
The Foundation promotes the ongoing success of its students by providing external resources that support and expand educational opportunities.
Foundation activities are focused on building assets for strategic initiatives and helping to ensure the future of the College. By expanding funding sources, the Foundation helps build the College's capacity for educational excellence. The funds raised are used to:
- support student access and success
- enhance teaching excellence and innovation
- support continued faculty and staff development
- build instructional and institutional resources and technology
- support infrastructure expansion
- promote expanded cultural and diversity offerings
