To enroll, apply online and select “spring” for the semester you intend to enroll.

If you are not seeking a degree from NICC and are not planning to receive financial aid for the late start courses, choose "Not seeking a degree“ as your program. of study. If you wish to receive financial aid for courses, you must meet the admission requirements prior to acceptance and enrollment in courses. Choose "Associate of Arts" as your program of study. Search for late start courses.

Registration Information

Registration is available now for spring 2016 late start courses. To register online, you must be accepted and have your Xpress login information available. For registration assistance, contact the Advising Office. Once you are logged into Xpress, select Student Records > Registration > Express Registration. Enter registration number from the last column of the course offerings listed and click submit.

Online students must complete an online tutorial at the time of registration or no later than one week prior to the start of the course. To complete, log into Xpress and select Academics > Classes. In the term drop down box, select the TRN Online Tutorial.

If the tutorial is not completed, the Registrar’s office will remove you from the course. Contact the Online and Blended Learning Office if you have questions. You may also access tutorial instructions online.

Tuition Due Dates

Tuition for late start courses is due by the first day of class. If you have not paid in full for the late start courses or do not have financial aid in place for the spring term, you will be de-registered for non-payment.

To find your account balance, log into Xpress and select > Student Records > My Financial Profile > Account Summary.

Books

You will need a copy of your class schedule and a photo ID to purchase textbooks. You may also purchase books online.

Financial Aid

To qualify for financial aid for late start courses, you need to be accepted into a degree or diploma program at NICC, have completed the FAFSA and have your financial aid file complete. If you have questions regarding your tuition bill or payment plan, please contact the Business Services Office.
