Academic Deans

Working in partnership with the vice president of teaching and learning, the academic deans provide leadership that shapes the student experience at Northeast Iowa Community College. They oversee curriculum planning, faculty and staff development, departmental goals, and instructional scheduling. Reporting directly to the vice president, the deans champion academic quality, innovation, and a strong commitment to student success.
