Board of Trustees
The Northeast Iowa Community College Board of Trustees is composed of nine publicly elected members representing the district’s eight counties: Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton, Delaware, Dubuque, Fayette, Howard, and Winneshiek. Serving four-year terms, the trustees provide local oversight to ensure the College remains responsive to community needs. The Board establishes policy, hires and evaluates the president, and upholds the NICC mission to deliver affordable, high-quality education and training for northeast Iowa.
