Strengths-based Leadership
Through this training, students will learn the basics of strengths-based leadership that will start the journey in moving from simply understanding your natural talents, to using your strengths more strategically in helping you feel more energized, engaged, and create a greater impact! Students will gain self-awareness of individual strengths and how it leads to an increase in overall satisfaction and performance.
