NICC Dubuque Center Renovation

Sealed bids for the Dubuque Center Renovation must be received by April 1, 2026 at the Town Clock Center Board Room, NICC 680 Main St Dubuque, IA 52001 before 2:00 p.m. local time, according to the designated clock in the board room. Bids will be stamped with the time they were received.

Bid documents will be available for viewing on or after February 16th at the office of the Construction Manager, Office 232, Northeast Iowa Community College, 8342 NICC Drive, Peosta, IA 52068. Please call Norm Racicot at 563.202.0426 with any inquiries or questions.

Drawings and specifications can be downloaded at no charge from the Straka Johnson plan room website by logging on and registering and through Rapids Reproductions Document Fulfillment Service (DFS).

Bids will be received and project constructed under a single prime contract. Bids must be on a lump sum basis. Work to commence on or after April 8, 2026, with completion of work as follows: Substantial Completion of the Dubuque Center Renovation to be December 15, 2026.

Sealed bid proposals must be mailed and received by April 1, 2026 before 2:00 p.m. local time.
