Removal of (2)-existing AERCO KC1000 boilers, including disconnection of associated hydronic piping, gas piping, and electrical line voltage wiring. Provide and install (2)-new Lochinvar1,000,000 btu boilers including new valves, pumps per manufacturer detail, new strainers, piping. All phases of work will be performed by established contractors in their specific trade capacities and in a professional manner by qualified personnel. The contractor will provide City of Dubuque Mechanical Permits, Subcontractors, Equipment, Materials, Insurance, Labor, to complete the following Scope of Work.
