Description

An Associate of Arts allows you to complete the first two years of a teaching degree and prepares you to transfer into an education major at a four-year institution. You are encouraged to identify the baccalaureate program which you intend to transfer into and to work with the faculty advisor to select appropriate courses to meet specific admission requirements.

If you plan to transfer to a four-year institution, select courses to satisfy requirements of the specific institution to which you intend to transfer. Consult your advisor at the four-year institution anytime you have questions about course selection.
