Take your culinary passion to the next level in this intensive course that offers hands-on training designed to launch you into a successful catering career. You'll gain real-world experience by catering a variety of events as part of your training, including an appetizer event, a buffet and a plated dinner. This practical approach ensures you are ready for any catering challenge. Vital business training such as food costing, menu costing and menu writing are integrated into the program.

Financial Aid & Tuition Assistance

You may qualify to earn a Career Pathway Certificate at no cost if you meet all eligibility requirements.

Register and pay tuition now for the next class offering or Apply for Tuition Assistance. To be eligible for this class, you must have either completed the Culinary Foundations Level 1 class or have several years of experience working in a restaurant kitchen.
