Culinary Foundations Level 1

Command the kitchen from prep to plate.
Turn your love for food into a professional craft by mastering knife skills, butchery and measurement accuracy. You will dive into the art of flavor, learning menu development and how to combine ingredients for a professional culinary experience. The curriculum covers small and large food production, various cooking and serving methods, and the high standards of professional customer service.
You will master the soul of the kitchen by moving beyond simple recipes to handle the heat of real-world production. Through classroom and hands-on learning, you will master culinary terminology, front- and back-of-house standards, communication skills, food safety and equipment operation.
From your first precise cut to the final plate of the night, you will develop the confidence to handle the rush. You will leave here ready to step into the industry with a foundation built on technical skill and the professional expertise to make every dish a masterpiece.
